Registration for the Social Programme and Lunch

The social programme for DiÖ2016 is here! Please let us know by 20 June 2016 if you will be taking part in the following activites by filling in the form below. 

If you are taking part in any of the conference lunches, we kindly ask you to transfer lunch fees to the account listed below by 20 June 2016.

The guided museum tour and city walk can be paid during registration.

Social Programme

The conference reception (7 July 2016), the conference dinner at Heuriger "10er Marie" (8 July 2016) and drinks and snacks during the coffee breaks are all included in the conference registration fee.

Warming-up / Welcome Meeting:

On the 6 July 2016 there will be a Warming-up / Welcome Meeting. Information about the exact location will be sent out in the next few weeks. Participants will have the opportunity to buy food and drinks at this event (self-paid).

Museum and City Tours:

Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the Leopold Museum on Saturday afternoon. In addition to various special exhibits, the Leopold Museum offers permanent exhibits of the works of Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele, the main representatives of early 20th century modern Austrian art. The cost includes a €10 per person entrance fee as well as €5-10 (per person) for the guided tour (depending on the size of the group).

In addition, you can also take part in a walking city tour of Vienna. The city tour costs 16 € per person (excluding entrance fees) and lasts between 90 minutes and two hours.

Lunch

A caterer will be at the conference venue offering lunch (not included in the conference registration fee). Lunch costs 15 € per day and includes non-alcoholic drinks. Please let us know if you would like to take part in the catered lunch by filling in the form below.

For organisational reasons we cannot accept registration for the conference luches after 20 June 2016.
